I D Corcoran have trained personnel in the diagnosis and repair of deteriorated concrete structures. These repairs include, but are not limited to, cracking (for which there are various reasons and repair methods), spalling, pop out, rust staining, delamination and de-bonding. IDC have formed relationships with UKAS accredited testing laboratories to enable testing of concrete strength, concrete quality, corrosion of reinforcement and integrity services also include Ferro scanning, cover meter scanning and core hole samples and alike. Upon the determination of the damage to the concrete from the condition testing carried out a repair method will then be decided upon taking into account the future requirements of the structure. All repairs are carried out in accordance with the preferred repair method and documented for the Clients retention.
